ThreadHunter offers a free tier with no payment required. No refund requests apply to the free plan.
2. Paid Subscriptions
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on every payment. If you are not satisfied within 14 days of any charge, contact us and we will issue a full refund — no questions asked.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please contact us at support@threadhunter.net and include:
- Your registered email address
- The date of the charge
Refund requests submitted within 14 days of the charge will be processed and returned to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, refunds may take 5–10 business days to appear in your account.
4. Changes to This Policy
We may update this policy. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date and will not apply retroactively to charges already made.
