Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ThreadHunter ("Service"), operated by ThreadHunter ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

ThreadHunter monitors public Reddit posts and uses AI to match them against your business profile, surfacing potential leads and generating reply suggestions. The Service is provided on an "as is" basis.

2. Accounts

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You may not share your account with others or create accounts on behalf of a third party without their consent.
  • You must provide accurate information when registering.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • Spam Reddit users or violate Reddit's User Agreement or community rules
  • Harass, impersonate, or deceive other users
  • Scrape or reproduce our data outside the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Service
  • Violate any applicable law or regulation

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Some features require a paid subscription. Prices are displayed at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. See our Refund Policy for details on refunds.

5. AI-Generated Content

Lead match scores and reply drafts are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or inappropriate. You are solely responsible for reviewing and editing any content before posting it on Reddit or elsewhere. We make no guarantees about the accuracy or effectiveness of AI-generated suggestions.

6. Intellectual Property

The ThreadHunter platform, branding, and codebase are our intellectual property. Your business data remains yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to process your data solely to provide the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that leads will convert to customers.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThreadHunter shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your data will be deleted per our Privacy Policy.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which ThreadHunter is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
